We’re looking for a Technical Field Support Manager to join our Operations Team based in Brisbane, QLD.

What will you be doing?

Co-ordinate field support team, ensuring a quick response and corrective action time for technical inquires and training requests

Set and monitor appropriate team KPIs

Provide remote and onsite technical support during the installation, commissioning and maintenance phases of KONE products

Resolve technical issues identified by manufacturing, installation and maintenance teams

Ensure products are installed in compliance with KONE’s safety, process and quality requirements

Train local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessions

Create quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective action

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another relevant field

5+ years’ leadership experience

5+ years’ experience in a Technical Support role

Elevator industry experience essential
