We’re looking for a Technical Field Support Specialist to join our Support Team based in Gold Coast, VIC.

What will you be doing?

Provide remote or on-site technical support for installation of modernisation and construction productsProvide technical support to ensure customer specification requirementsTrain local employees during site visits and/or deliver scheduled training sessionsCreate quality reports after site visits and list issues which require corrective actionTune and Test modernisation and new install products including destination

Elevator industry experienceExpert technical understanding of product and service solutions that meet customer expectationsSafety conscious and selects environmentally sustainable solutions when possible
