[Manufacturing Technology] ※ For the main process in charge, refer to the technical officer in Appendix (updated annually)

・ Support the improvement of safety and the environment, and consider and implement all preventative measures.

・ Optimum production facilities will be studied and put into practical use using a wide range of technologies to optimize productivity, production cost, and quality.

・ Participation and implementation of investment projects shall be undertaken from the standpoint of cooperative leadership in the convening of projects.

・ Work with manufacturing departments, project engineering, facility engineering, QA/QC, and subcommittees to promote improvements and new introductions of processes and production facilities, and lead to the most appropriate production in consultation with them.

・ In order to maintain the targeted quality, the quality of materials, scrap, and rework shall be analyzed, and countermeasures based on this data shall be examined and implemented.

・ Obtain drawings/information related to new products, examine the production process, and start up. In addition, documents related thereto shall be prepared and delivered to the Manufacturing Department.

・ Provide optimum jigs and construct a system to efficiently carry out change-over at the production site. In addition, documents such as procedures shall be prepared and instructions shall be given to the Manufacturing Department.

・ Identify the costs associated with production, optimize them in all ways, and reduce costs.

・ The workload of the worker is analyzed, and the work method, layout change, and autonomy are examined and introduced.

・ Work with project engineering to communicate with factories in each location and incorporate technical information. Distribute technologies at best practice conferences and other meetings to develop the entire AWTP.

・ Actively incorporate information from inside and outside the company, and constantly improve knowledge by using workshops on assigned skills.

・ They are familiar with cutting technology, lubrication technology, finishing, and surface analysis technology, and they will apply these technologies to examine the optimum process.

・ They are familiar with polishing technology, cleaning technology, environmental technology, fluid engineering, combustion technology, and they will apply these technologies to examine the optimum process.

・ Consider manufacturing technologies and methods to achieve continuous improvement of processes and equipment related to EHS, quality, cost and productivity.

・ Timely execution of budgeting, progress management and reporting of investment expenses

・ Cooperate with ABS activities, TPM activities, and KAIZEN activities conducted by the Manufacturing Department.

・ Planned personnel training of manufacturing technology shall be provided to the Manufacturing Department personnel. (including the management of curricula, etc.)

・ Other tasks instructed by the Plant Manager or immediate supervisor shall be dealt with promptly according to the priority order.

[Facility maintenance] ※ For the main facilities in charge, refer to the attachment "Responsible scope" (Updated annually).

・ Prepare, review, and confirm a regular inspection plan for the fixtures in charge.

・ Regular inspections of the fixtures in charge shall be carried out as planned, and if any defect is detected, a report shall be made to the superior promptly for action.

・ Always collect information on defects in the main fixtures in charge.

・ In the event of an unexpected failure of the main facility in charge, the system shall be promptly restored.

・ Support other staff in the event of sudden breakdown of other plant equipment.

・ Research and improve the equipment to prevent unexpected failure of the equipment in charge of the main.

・ Spare parts for the main facility in charge shall be selected and managed (optimum inventory number shall be calculated).

・ Request for quotation, request for purchase, confirmation at the time of delivery, and transfer to the storage area of equipment and parts.

・ Arrangement of machinery, electricity, and other ancillary equipment works, and construction management including safety are carried out.

・ Improve maintenance costs to the greatest extent possible to achieve continual improvements to EHS, quality, cost and productivity processes and equipment.

・ Provide timely budgeting, progress management, and reporting on maintenance costs
