Technical Documentation Engineer
We are looking for our new Technical documentation engineer colleagues, who manage documentation processes towards customers. Collects the vital documents internally and gets the required approvals from the customer. At the same time, stands as a self-confident technical support for customers, beside all Actuation Technologies entities across Europe. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: - Create documentation packages as required, in a timely manner - Submit project documentation meeting contract requirements, according to applicable documentation standards and to project schedule. - Expedite factories and other stakeholders to supply documentation - Can check comments received from Customer and accurately address the same to the internal dept./Project Manager for proper evaluation - Prepare The Comment Resolution Sheet, including the inputs received from other internal departments - Follow-up customer documentation approvals - Ensure that documentation archive is up to date. - Attend to internal Contract Review Meetings. - Attend to meeting with customer/conference calls (with the support of Project Manager). - Review Order Acknowledgement revision, to align documentation accordingly. - Works and aligns with the relevant Project Manager, for every project. - Maintain and improve customer happiness. - Support requests for special documentation types. - Work systematically and expertly in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely. WHO YOU ARE: You focus on crafting an effective collaborative style. You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning. FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: - High school / University degree (Preferably technical qualification) - Intermediate level of English. - Technical interest. - Able to prioritize and work under pressure with tight deadlines. - Strong interpersonal skills and able to relate well with all levels of staff, Customers.
