Lead and grow the Environment team based in Hong KongControl and management of the whole life cycle of projects in the Environment teamBe a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilitiesWorking and leading a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specificationsLiaise with clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budgetResponsible for business proposal preparation, bidding, tendering and commercial negotiationsResponsible for bringing in new consultancy work for the Environment team as well as for the wider Transportation and Water BusinessProactively seek for business development and opportunities within Hong Kong and across AsiaWhat can you bring?
An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree or above in environmental, science, engineering or a relevant disciplineCorporate Member of the HKIEIA, HKIQEP, or equivalentHave a minimum of 20 years of environmental consultancy experienceHands-on experience in leading environmental impact assessmentsHands-on experience in the management/coordination of environmental studies for multi-disciplinary infrastructure projectsHands-on experience in the effective liaison and coordination with regulatory authorities and relevant stakeholders on the implementation of environmental monitoring and audit programme for infrastructure projectsConversant with Hong Kong environmental legislations and regulations, and its application on engineering sector projectsHands-on experience in representing the company, identifying and developing business opportunities, managing projects and leading a project teamHave strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills; andFluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
