We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with 15–16 years of experience to lead large-scale IT program delivery. This role requires a strong blend of technical acumen, client engagement capabilities, and people leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery outcomes through ownership, oversight, and strategic direction across complex IT environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end delivery of IT programs across application, cloud, and infrastructure landscapes.
Provide technical leadership and review solution architecture and design.
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and manage distributed teams across geographies, ensuring high performance and employee growth.
Own P&L, budget planning, and delivery margins with a focus on cost efficiency.
Ensure governance, compliance, and quality using ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and automation across delivery functions.
Skills & Experience15–16 years of overall IT experience with a strong background in delivery and program management.
Deep technical knowledge in enterprise applications, cloud services, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills with excellent communication.
Proven leadership experience managing large, distributed teams (100+ FTEs).
Experience with global delivery models (onsite, offshore, nearshore).
Strong financial acumen in managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
