Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a Technical Delivery Consultant to lead the technical execution of a global Time & Attendance and Payroll system deployment. This role will also support the Global Technical Lead by coordinating technical SME meetings, following up on RAID items, and partnering with country PMs. This role is 80% technical end to end delivery, but will be 20% PMO related activities.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Technical Delivery Leadership
○ Act as technical owner for the T&A + Payroll program, partnering with PMO for governance and timelines.
○ Lead technical architecture and solution design across SAP/SuccessFactors, WFS, ATOSS, and payroll systems.
○ Coordinate technical SME meetings and track RAID items with country PMs.
○ Oversee technical deliverables including integrations, configurations, security, and data mapping.
• Techno-Functional Expertise
○ Translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
○ Guide configuration for SAP HCM Time, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors EC & EC Time, WFS, and ATOSS.
○ Own technical delivery of integrations across SAP, SuccessFactors, WFS, ATOSS, and payroll engines.
○ Collaborate on APIs, IDocs, middleware integrations, and automated data flows.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
○ Lead SIT, E2E testing, and payroll parallel testing.
○ Build detailed test scripts and acceptance criteria for all systems.
○ Own defect resolution and validation cycles.
• Environment & Data Management
○ Manage readiness across DEV/QA/UAT/PROD environments.
○ Oversee data migration planning and validation.
○ Ensure role-based access and audit compliance.
• Go-Live & Hypercare
○ Lead technical cutover activities and validate system readiness.
Troubleshoot post-go-live issues and drive stabilization.
Compensation: $60/hr to $70/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering technical HR, Time, and Payroll solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, WFS, ATOSS, or equivalent T&A platforms).
○ SAP Payroll/Timekeeping expertise is most prevalent
• Strong experience managing technical integrations between HR, T&A, and payroll systems.
○ Familiarity with middleware/API technologies (SAP CPI, Boomi, SFTP, IDocs, REST/SOAP APIs).
○ SAP technologies are most prevalent
• Hands-on knowledge of: Time evaluation rules, Pay rules and wage type processing, Shift patterns, accrual engines, scheduling, Payroll schemas and tax calculations.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and global stakeholders to drive technical delivery
Ability to work flexible hours to support EMEA and NAM regions. Preferred:
• Experience implementing WFS or ATOSS in multi-country, multi-shift environments.
• Deep functional understanding of Employee Central Time and SAP Time Evaluation.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (FLSA, scheduling laws, overtime rules).
PMO collaboration experience in a structured governance environment.
