Airswift is seeking a Power BI Developer to join one of our O&G clients for a 1-year assignment within the SCM Planning & Performance Analytics department. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling, who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development & Data Visualization

Design and maintain interactive dashboards that support strategic and operational decisions. Translate business needs into intuitive, performance-optimized visualizations.

Data Modeling & Transformation

Build robust data models using Power BI and Power Query. Apply advanced DAX techniques and ensure data accuracy across sources.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with business units to gather requirements and iterate on dashboard designs. Lead workshops and feedback sessions to align deliverables with business goals.

KPI & Metric Development

Define and implement KPIs aligned with strategic objectives. Ensure consistent tracking and relevance of performance metrics.

Tool Integration & Automation

Integrate data from Databricks, SQL, SharePoint, and other platforms. Use Power Automate to streamline reporting workflows and data refreshes. Technical Expertise Databricks & SQL: Strong experience in data ingestion, transformation, and integration. Python: Used for data manipulation and automation within BI environments. Power Platform: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate. Qualifications 8–10+ years of experience in BI development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. Proven success working with large, complex datasets. Experience with Oracle Cloud, SAP, and Oracle EBS. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
