As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in supporting a prestigious rewards program through an email and chat-only technical support. You’ll assist customers with travel across 100+ leading airlines and hotels, exclusive fitness classes, and limited-edition art and decor collections.
We’re looking for tech-savvy candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and a high aptitude for technical problem-solving.
