As a Technical Customer Services Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers by providing expert guidance on the use of our products and helping to prepare both standard and bespoke coating specifications that meet their needs. Your technical knowledge and customer-first mindset will help ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships across the business.
This role can be based at either our Bolton, UK or Vaihingen, Germany site, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be fluent in both German and English (spoken and written) and bring experience in customer service.
