In this role, you will never be bored. We build trials, demos, digital experiences, and event content. We work with cross functional teams to deliver consistent messaging and accessible platforms. The content and environments we create support some of the most strategic marking initiatives in the company. For this role, bring your experience with the Siemens portfolio, exposure to customers and/or Industries, background with video capture/creation/editing and, most importantly, your love of storytelling and passion for learning new things

We are looking for a Technical Content Engineer - Process Automation. This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the continental United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
Creating technical content and demos that are tied to real-world problems and highlighting how our portfolio can help solve those problems. Creating and enabling the creation of demonstration assets that bring the technical message of Siemens to life. Installing and configuring products in demo environments to support global events and sales opportunities Supporting cross-functional internal teams: PreSales, Partners, Marketing, Strategy, Sales and more to leverage our contentYou’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electronics, automation, or a related field or equivalent practical work experience in control and automation. 5+ years of hands-on experience: Designing control and automation systems using Siemens solutions With at least two of the following Siemens solutions: -TIA Portal (STEP 7, Safety, etc.)-WinCC Professional
-WinCC Unified
-gPROMS
-COMOS
-XHQ
-SIMIT
-SIMATIC PCS7
-SIMATIC PCS neo
-SISTAR
-SIMATIC SIPAT
Industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, OPC, MQTT) 5 years of experience integrating automation systems with higher-level IT systems or equivalent experience through hands-on projects and contributions. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with international and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industrial IoT solutions such as Insights Hub. Familiarity with the broader Siemens software portfolio, including platforms such as Opcenter, Teamcenter, NX. Familiarity with AWS platforms Exposure to the sales lifecycle (PreSales, Sales, Services). Demonstrated adaptability, customer focus, and interest in technology-driven marketing or innovation.You’ll benefit from:

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.About Siemens:
