Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. **Your role and responsibilities** As Development, Security and Operations converge, we need an intelligent and integrated approach to manage IT Operations. A Technical Consultant specializing in AIOps plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and achieving operational excellence. This role leverages AI and ML techniques to streamline IT operations and generate measurable business value **Required technical and professional expertise** * Key responsibilities include engaging with clients to assess their infrastructure and operational challenges and designing tailored AIOps solutions. * This involves implementing AIOps platforms, analysing large volumes of operational data, and optimizing monitoring and alerting systems. * By focusing on performance optimization and continuous improvement, the consultant helps clients achieve greater reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in their IT operations. * An AIOps consultant uses natural language understanding (NLU), machine learning (ML) and natural language pro-cessing (NLP) techniques to extract action phrases & delivers a more effective next-best action and accelerates time to resolution. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, strong communication skills, Certifications in ITIL, DevOps, or cloud platforms are advantageous **Preferred technical and professional experience** * None IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
