We're looking for a Technical Consultant to provide technical support and expertise for Eagle Products across EMEA and APAC regions. You'll assist METTLER TOLEDO channels and partners in understanding requirements, offer sales guidance to find the right solutions, and support partners with training and defining user needs.
What You'll Do:Support sales of Eagle products in EMEA and APAC regions.Improve sales win rates by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process.Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, demos, and direct contact.Organise and deliver training sessions for sales teams and channel partners.Prepare technical documents and help differentiate MT products from competitors.Collaborate with teams on new product releases and updates.Assist with completion of RFQs for Eagle and MT brands.Conduct site surveys to understand and scope customer requirements.Support customer product testing and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs).Utilize systems like SAP, SharePoint, OLC, TeamCenter, and Azure.Develop SOPs and work instructions to ensure customer satisfaction.Coordinate information transfer to service teams for equipment installation support.What You Need to SucceedDegree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline.Experience in the design and integration of complex electro-mechanical products.Demonstrated ability to define and execute product validation strategies (e.g. EMC, environmental, durability, software validation, customer factory acceptance testing etc).Knowledge and Experience of Robust Design and Systems Engineering principles.Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets under pressure.Competent in use of SAP, Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint and SharePoint.Broad awareness and appreciation of differing global business cultures.Our Offer to YouCompetitive salaryEmployee bonus planFlexible and hybrid working optionsFree onsite parkingCareer progression and development opportunities 25 days holiday plus bank holidays4x salary Life AssuranceAccess to 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme to support mental health and wellbeing.About Mettler ToledoMETTLER TOLEDO is a global leader in precision instruments and services.
