You are responsible for

Consults extensively with clients to deeply understand their technical landscapes, offering advanced recommendations and custom solutions that align with their long-term strategic objectives.Implements sophisticated design documentation, comprehensive system architectures, detailed configuration plans, and rigorous testing frameworks to ensure robust and scalable technical solutions, working under direct supervision.
Resolves intricate technical issues by performing advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, delivering proactive support to preemptively address potential future challenges.Documents detailed and complex technical solutions, creating extensive support procedures and troubleshooting guides to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and continuity of support for both internal teams and clients.Enhances the organization’s knowledge base by identifying, documenting, and sharing innovative best practices and standardized processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness across multiple projects.Implements cutting-edge configuration management and version control techniques, ensuring the highest levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all technical solution deployments.Assesses complex customer systems through comprehensive health checks, identifying and addressing potential issues to optimize system performance and reliability.Scrutinizes customer environments on an ongoing basis, implementing strategic improvements to enhance system performance, robustness, and user satisfaction.Works with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, ensuring that client feedback is integrated into ongoing product and service enhancements for better alignment with customer needs.Prepares advanced technical reports, in-depth analyses, and strategic updates to stakeholders, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of system performance, issue resolution, and future recommendations.Supports critical implementation and deployment projects, managing advanced system configuration, seamless integration, and thorough performance tuning to ensure successful project outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

High School Diploma, Vocational Education/ Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Business, or Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.Good communication, presentation, and pedagogical skills.Proven ability to solve problems systematically and effectively, ensures high customer satisfactionSelf-driven, independent, humble and team spirited with learning aptitude.

• Risk Assessments
• Database Technology: Oracle, MS SQL
