Main interface for eUICC & eSE related technical topics between the OEM customers and Thales DIS group.
Acquire a good understanding of the customer solutions and a good technical knowledge of the local environment and specificities.
Proactively act to understand customer technical needs and identify potential solutions in relation with the Thales DIS product roadmap(eUICC & eSE).
Represent internally the customer to make sure that any delivery and technical communications are coherent with OEM customer prime expectations.
Help the sales force to understand what solution already exist in Thales to improve efficiency in developments and create synergies between local accounts teams.
During the delivery phase, be responsible for all technical interactions between customer and different Thales DIS departments to ensure timely delivery without problems.
Requirements/Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree, major in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer or in related areas
2. Experienced in IT industry more than 5 years.
3. Smart card, eUICC, eSE experiences are welcomed.
4. Fluent in Korean, Business level in written/spoken English
5. Customer/Business oriented
