OUR TEAM

Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

Within our logistics services business there are 17+ depots throughout Australia, allowing various development and progression opportunities.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Compliance Officer to join our Technical Section. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring our Explosive Ordnance (EO) operations meet all regulatory and contractual requirements while supporting continuous improvement and technical safety across our services.

You will be challenged to provide timely and accurate technical information across a wide range of topics, ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining the safety and technical integrity of our operations.

Working from our Orchard Hills site, on Darug land, your role purpose is to -

Review and validate EO technical documents and ensure compliance

Provide technical support for Defence activities and major projects

Coordinate incident investigations, maintain records, and conduct technical audits

Prepare explosive licensing applications and risk assessments

Manage the Explosive Limit License register and support compliance at EO Depots

Write clear, accurate technical reports (processes, investigations, research)

Interpret and report on technical data using Excel and BI tools

Develop procedures and support technical training

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Certificate IV in Public Safety (Explosive Ordnance) or equivalent experience

Science or Engineering background would be highly advantageous

Demonstrated experience in strong report writing, technical interpretation, and data analysis skills

Ability to communicate complex information to all levels

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and BI tools

Available for regular travel
