Purpose of the position/responsibilities\nThe perfect candidate will support Business Management colleagues during day to day interactions with commercial customers, aiming at improving client service and satisfaction in the overall best interest of Patheon. Join Business Management diverse team and contribute in creating a spectacular customer experience!\n\nSpecific assignments/primary activities:\nSupport Business Managers in the preparation of slides and meetings, escorting clients, managing Change Controls, preparing quotes and performing other supporting activities as needed\nSupport with back office activities and trainings\nSupport to meet revenue targets and ensure contractual compliance in specific tasks assigned; support to identify the best solution for clients in any situation\n\nGMP & Health & Safety:\nThey ensure cGMP is applied in work area; understands emergency procedures and safe systems of work; fully aligned with all EH&S requirements and observes safety behavior in the working environment.\n\nRelations:\nThey internally relate with all company functions; externally with existing clients\n\nRequirements and qualifications:\n\nEducation\nUniversity Degree in Engineering, Science, Finance and/or Business required\n\nTechnical skills\nProven understanding of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) required\n\nProfessional experiences\nPreferably 6 months to 1 year experience in project management, account management, sales or marketing with internal or external client-facing responsibilities\n\nLanguages\nThey are work proficient in Italian and English\n\nPersonality skills\nThey have good analytical thinking and are business oriented\nThey have good capability to build and keep relationship internally and with customers\nThey are good team worker, but also capable to work autonomously and with proactive approach\n\nFor more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com\nThermo Fisher Scientific is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
