What You’ll Do
Hands-On Technical Delivery
Design, configure, deploy, and optimise the company’s HR tech solutions for clients across the globe Build and manage data pipelines (ETL) to unlock the full value of customer data Work with modern tech stacks: AWS Cloud Infrastructure Docker & Kubernetes SQL & NoSQL databases Bash / Python scripting Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product architecture Apply responsible AI practices, prioritising transparency, fairness, and trust
Trusted Stakeholder Partner
Act as a technical advisor to clients, guiding decisions and trade-offs Navigate complex, often political, multi-stakeholder environments with confidence Collaborate with Product, Presales, DevOps, Data Science, and Customer teams to deliver seamlessly
Ownership & Delivery Excellence
Drive implementation projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams Balance customer needs vs. product integrity, knowing when to adapt or push back Deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality Ensure strong documentation, training, and smooth handovers
What You Bring
Core Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar 5+ years in technical delivery roles (e.g. Implementation Consultant, Solution Engineer) Experience in HR tech, public employment, or government systems Strong hands-on expertise in: Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Couchbase, etc.) Cloud (AWS) Containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Scripting (Python, Bash) Solid understanding of system architecture and data flows Excellent communication, comfortable with both technical and business stakeholders Fluent in English A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Dutch) Experience with AI / Data Science implementations and ethical considerations Familiarity with delivery methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP, IPMA, etc.)
