What we look for?

We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce, to join our team and work on exciting projects for one of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply a wide variety of business analysis tools and techniques to capture business needs, discover requirements, map out domains and generate solutions. Create alignment and ownership between multiple stakeholder groups. Ensure scope is well managed and considers value, feasibility, and implementation constraints. Own the discovery phase of multiple new project initiatives that crosscut the needs of multiple Investment teams. Ensure the technology team’s backlog is well maintained, appropriately detailed and clearly articulates business value. Facilitate ceremonies and ensure the team are following Agile ways of working and best practice. Proven experience in leading roles for complex projects and implementations Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce configuration capabilities, including but not limited to Flows, Dynamic Forms, Permission Set Groups, Sharing Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to leverage this for data analysis and reporting. Good understanding of the Salesforce development capabilities, with the ability to discern when to use declarative options (clicks) versus (code) Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies and best practices, with the ability to apply these in a project management context. Salesforce certifications would be advantageous. Experience with CRM Analytics is highly desirable. Familiarity with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) or similar marketing automation tools is desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrable problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Proactive and dependency aware A capable servant-leader, comfortable directing and supporting high performing technical teams. Someone who acts to break down information and knowledge silos Solid understanding of Agile principles and practices. Skilled at building and sustaining positive relationships. You will have a bias towards achieving buy-in with stakeholders not just sign-off. Adaptable and flexible. You will consider the right tool for the situation at hand instead of relying on the same ‘go-to’ tools / approaches. Someone who has high technical literacy, possibly with experience in a hands-on development role. Understand the importance of non-functional requirements and how to go about capturing them. Ability to adapt and pick up new product domains quickly.
