Job Description The Technical Business Analyst contributes to our customer's success by ensuring business and customer requirements are translated into clear, executable technical requirements for their customer facing application and Digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on bridging the gap between Product, Architecture, Design, and Engineering to enable faster delivery, reduce rework, and improve release predictability. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define technical user journeys, identify system and fulfillment dependencies, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and enable efficient execution. The Technical Business Analyst is accountable for early technical requirement definition, cross-functional alignment, and supporting delivery from concept through release while proactively identifying risks and constraints. This is a hybrid position required to be working in-office at least 3 days a week. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience • 4+ years in Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Management, or similar roles supporting digital products • Strong technical product management background • Solid understanding of: o Web & mobile application development o Backend services, APIs, and system integrations • Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements & user journeys • Experience evaluating technical tradeoffs and communicating with cross functional teams • Certifications: CSPO, PMI ACP, Business Analysis certifications • Solution Architecture exposure • Project management abilities • Familiarity with internet terminology (routers, gateways, etc.)
