Job Overview:

\n\nDHL Supply Chain Vietnam is seeking a skilled Integration Analyst to join our IT team, focusing on enabling seamless integration between systems within our logistics and supply chain operations.\nThe role involves mapping business and operational requirements into EDI/API to facilitate efficient data exchange with internal and external systems.\nYou will collaborate closely with regional development teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation of integration solutions, leveraging DHL’s mapping tools to deliver high-quality outcomes.\n\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

 

\n\nWork with teams to understand business needs and design system integration solutions.\nBuild and maintain data flows between systems using APIs, middleware, or other tools.\nSupport testing and deployment of integration features across platforms.\nTroubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data exchange.\nDocument integration processes and suggest improvements for better performance.
\nRequirements

Must-Have:

\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in roles such as IT System Supervisor, Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar positions.\n\n

Technical Skills:

\n\nIntegration Standards: Strong understanding of system integration standards (API, EDIFACT, ANSI X12, JSON) and XML file structures.\nData Analysis: Proficiency in SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.\nIntegration Tools: Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, or similar) and system configuration.\nLogistics Knowledge: Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, particularly in transport operations (eg. Transport, warehouse, order management system).\nAnalytical Skills: Strong logical thinking to effectively map complex business requirements into technical solutions.\nCollaboration Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Visio, and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).\n\n

Soft Skills:

\n\n Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver accurate results with minimal supervision.\nProactive Mindset: A focus on process improvement and innovation, demonstrating initiative in identifying and implementing enhancements.\nCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams.\n\n

Education:

\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Logistics, or related fields.\n\n

Nice-to-Have:

\n\nIndustry Experience: Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport operations.\nTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with programming languages and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI).\nGlobal Exposure: Experience working in an international corporation or with regional teams.\nCertifications: Knowledge of ITIL, project management, or supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP).\n
