To make this happen, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology, to take our products into service and then provide the quality of support that together with great design and development, will see our systems used and loved by our customers.

You will play a pivotal role in defining the software solution for our clients/product stakeholders by analysis of the relevant business models and requirements, processes, work-streams and flows of data - capturing and agreeing the requirements for translation into specifications for incremental delivery.

What are the key objectives?

Collaborate with product stakeholders and development teams to elicit and analyse requirements for complex software projects using diverse techniques, including interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards. Translate business and technical requirements into clear, detailed project narratives, ensuring alignment across engineering and product functions. Define and document the who, what, and why of each requirement, including acceptance criteria, information flows, business processes, and data structures, to address both functional and non-functional needs. Conduct root cause analysis on problem areas, engaging cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to gather insights and shape effective solutions. Refine project narratives into comprehensive technical specifications using use cases, behaviour-driven development (BDD) scenarios, process flows, business rules, and data elements.
