Job Summary:

By joining LPS Technology, a leading end-to-end solutions provider, you will play a key role as Technical Business Analyst (BA) in enhancing the way customers interact with our systems—making their experience more seamless, efficient, and empowering. As part of our growing team in Malaysia, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, driving improvements through scalable low-code solutions and continuous enhancements to our technology platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across regions while working closely with cross-functional global teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

You will:

Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.Collaborate with developers, architects, and business users to design and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps).Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and contribute beyond BA scope through T-shaped capabilities (e.g., testing or documentation).Assist in quality assurance and testing processes, including writing test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).Analyze integration needs and design appropriate solutions involving REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration patterns.Work across the application development lifecycle, ensuring traceability from requirements to deployment and support.Collaborate effectively with global teams, ensuring strong communication across time zones and departments.Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through automation and low-code approaches.

You bring:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of working experience in software development or technical business analysis.Working knowledge of the application development lifecycle, from requirements to support.Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.Proven hands-on experience in development within the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Python, NodeJS, Power Platform languages, or other modern programming languages.Experience with QA testing practices, test plans, and defect tracking tools.Demonstrated interest in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform technologies, with a willingness to grow skills in this area.Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps.Solid understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and integration tools.Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience working on AI-driven projects, particularly those involving intelligent automation, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted decision-making.Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Dataverse, or SharePoint integration.Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.Certifications such as PL-200, or Power Platform-related certifications.Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage, especially for regional collaboration#LPS Additional Locations:  * Malaysia * Malaysia
