What You'll Do As our Technical Business Analyst, you'll be the crucial link between stakeholders and the tech team, driving innovation and impact through digital solutions and internal tools. + Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements + Able to guide and assist users in prioritizing business requirements based on value, urgency, and strategic alignment. + Build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business priorities + Translate product strategy into prioritized backlogs and actionable items + Collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, solution architects and business teams to deliver value + Manage the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration + Validate solutions through research, feedback, and data-driven insights + Ensure product outcomes are measurable and impactful + Ensure all documentation is updated and traceable throughout the project lifecycle such as BRD, FSD, and User Stories + Design business process flows, functional diagrams, and system architecture (UML, ERD, etc.) + Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and coordination + Able to troubleshoot system issues and provide recommendations or solutions to users before involving developers and other relevant teams when incidents occur. + Demonstrates adaptability and curiosity in learning and mastering new platforms, technologies, and development tools. What You'll Bring + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field + 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Product Manager + Hands-on experience in digital product development, system integration, or process improvement projects + Experience in automation (RPA), API integration, and internal tool development (Java, Php, Git, Php, C++) + Strong in business analysis: requirement gathering, BRD/FSD documentation, process modeling, and UAT + Product management know-how: roadmapping, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning + Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or Trello + Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies + Basic technical knowledge of APIs, databases, and system architecture + Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Business-value driven and customer-centric mindset + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills + Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving ability + Comfortable working cross-functionally and handling shifting priorities + Highly proactive in taking initiative to address challenges and drive problem resolution.
