You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day. **Responsibilities:** _May perform one or more of the following:_ + Analysis and QA of different phases of client/process life cycle. + Handling day-to-day activities of production support and analysis tasks. + Monitor and troubleshoot Mainframe jobs/work on resolution. + Knowledge in SQL query for data analysis and research. + Initiative in process automation. + Understanding Functional specification and work along with testing and development teams. + Review Test Execution results to identify & debug system gaps (with little or no assistance from Sr. members of the team). + Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to supervisor. + Interact with onshore client team on a weekly basis on client related tasks. + Follow the standard practices and procedures specific to Data Management Team. + Should be ready to take up rotational night shifts. (12 Noon to 9:30PM or 5PM IST to 2:30 AM IST). **Requirements:** + Minimum 0-2 years of work experience in IT/ongoing support/Testing profile. + Either Engineering or technical graduate (B. Tech/B. E/MCA) + Good analytical and communication knowledge. + Good to have knowledge in Mainframe/Basic Linux. + Good knowledge in SQL. (Intermediate/Advanced level) + Problem solving skills.
