Job Description One of our largest clients is looking for a Business Analyst to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and UX teams to define and refine technical requirements, particularly for GenAI and LLM-based applications. Your day-to-day will involve leading the creation of Jira spikes, developing structured tickets with clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with project milestones while managing scope boundaries. You’ll analyze how changes to LLM components may impact downstream systems, contribute to building a RAG/GenAI system, and support the development of reusable platform components. Active participation in daily standups is essential, as is your ability to manage interdependencies across teams and integrate UX research into product requirements. This role is fully remote but requires availability during core EST hours. Skills and Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst • Hands-on experience with Generative AI applications or other machine learning technologies, particularly text-oriented LLMs • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working closely with developers and technical teams • Proven ability to create and refine Jira tickets, including spikes, user stories, and acceptance criteria for both upgrades and new features • Skilled in identifying project milestones, managing scope, and understanding downstream impacts of changes to LLM components • Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and writing clear, actionable requirements
