Allied Universal® is hiring a Technical Assurance Security Specialist in Boston, MA. The Technical Assurance Security Specialist (TASS) role is an exciting, challenging, and highly visible role supporting Global Security Leadership for a high profile customer. The TASS will manage system application remediation processes for a global security program. This role will take initiative, exercise independent thinking, juggle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Annual salary 80K

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Acquire expertise in the technical requirements of Global Security applications and collaborate with the Compliance team as a systems and technology subject matter expert to oversee and manage application remediation processesCreate and oversee technical documentation to guarantee clarity, accuracy, and compliance in deliverables, ensuring operational excellence and effective support for both internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with subject matter experts to understand program operations and proactively identify and recommend enhancements to systems and technology within Global SecurityLead and coordinate initiatives that ensure the integrity, compliance, and operational excellence of security systems and technology programs and solutions Support Strategy and Initiatives projectsSupport Strategy and Initiatives projects (e.g., access reviews) and take a leadership role in customer-assigned special projectsIntegrate ideas and inputs from different sourcesMaintain a strong sense of urgency to accomplish tasks, solve problems and produce resultsContribute to establishing and maintaining program processes and practices which effectively ensure that the program remains current and covers requirementsEnsure appropriate integration of requirements and information obtained from various sources

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Must possess one of the following:Bachelor’s degree in business management or IT related field of studyAssociate’s degree in business management or IT with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in program management.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in IT Project managementMinimum of two (2) years of experience with Microsoft SQL ServerMinimum of two (2) years of program managementExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsAbility to interact transversely and to influence various functions and people, at all levels of the organization and across culturesDemonstrated consulting skills; ability to challenge; good analytical and synthesis capabilities; defining practical recommendations; action planning and implementationExcellent time management skillsAttention to detailSkilled In tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint ArchitectureProficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft SharePoint, Excel and Power Point

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Associates degree or higher in Business Management or ITExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, drive results, and meet deadlinesBusiness and systems analysis experienceExperience in data analytics
