Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Overarching management of Auto window film product and technology development. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Responsible for new product solution development to meet customer needs and deliver business results timely, mainly focusing on auto window film application

Responsible for driving R&D projects and the technology platform in the related field across multiple divisions and multiple countries in the Asia Pacific region.

Responsible for working with product manager, business development team and commercial team to understand the industry, identify and work out solutions to the business opportunities.

Work with operation, procurement and supply chain functions to deliver the innovative products

Work with global technical experts to build a center of excellence of Autoaftermarket products and technologies. 

Provide the technical support to customers

Qualifications

Master with 10+ years or PhD. with 6+ years with major in the field of Chemistry, Polymer, material science, Engineering

Detailed knowledge of the adhesive, functional coating, film, product, process and application for auto window film

Detailed knowledge of the physical testing, material characterization and application simulation for auto window film

Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams and willingness to be a team player, demonstrate technical leadership in team work and proved record of successful leading.

Ability to translate customer needs into product specifications.

Ability to scale up, from lab product development result to mass manufacture of new products

Good communication, organization, interaction skills.

Sense of urgency and agility to deliver solutions to customer needs.

English communication both written and spoken is required
