Job Description Insight Global is looking for a technical artist to assist with authoring & preparing data for our state-of-the-art generative 3D models. Be on the cutting edge of advancements in generative art by working with researchers to prepare large sets of content for model training. This team works using cutting edge tooling and simulation features running at scale. We are looking for candidates who share a passion for tackling complexity and working in a multidisciplinary org. Job Responsibilities: • Partner closely with research and technical art teams in implementing pipelines to process large sets of content • Drive design & building of processing features & content verification tooling • Demonstrate broad technical expertise to assist in a wide variety of technical and artistic tasks • Quickly solve issues with cross-functional leads (research, art, product, and more) • Be able to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment Pay range: $65-75/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Proficiency in building and deploying scaled & distributed content pipelines • Expertise in Python programming language • Expertise in DCC packages such as Blender and Houdini • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills; communication across teams including engineers and artists • Proficient ability to work independently and manage one’s time. • Proficient in game profiling and optimization techniques • Proficient in 3D character workflows such as modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation • Experience shipping products with stringent runtime performance constraints, such as complex mobile or 3D applications or AAA games • Experience with GenAI 3D reconstruction models • Experience with synthetic data or other data-related fields
