For our client, a leader in providing advanced technological solutions for the cleaning and maintenance of industrial surfaces, we are seeking a Technical Area Sales Manager to help achieve market share growth targets and maintain the company’s customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and attracting new customers in the assigned area - Cluj, Bistrița-Năsăud, Alba, Mureș - 50% focus on new markets;
- Developing the existing customer portfolio by identifying needs and offering customized solutions - 50%;
- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
- Promoting the company’s products and services through practical demonstrations and offering appropriate technical solutions;
- Reporting to the Sales Director and participating in training sessions and workshops for continuous professional development.
Candidate Profile:
- High school diploma or higher, preferably in a technical or economic field;
- Relevant experience in companies offering products/services to industrial clients;
- Previous experience in consultative sales;
- Conversational English skills;
- Communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills;
- Ability to work independently and make decisions;
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
