Responsibilities: * Design and implement system changes using Adabas and Natural * Maintain architecture for performance, scalability, and security * Troubleshoot issues and optimize system and database performance * Support installations, upgrades, and backups * Collaborate with teams and vendors on migrations and configurations * Administer Natural development and use Adabas utilities * Ensure documentation and communication align with agency goals * Manage Software AG products and monitor system health
