Kforce has a client in Houston, TX seeking a strategic and technically skilled Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable solutions across Microsoft Power Platform. Summary: This role will be responsible for architecting model-driven apps, centralized data models, and intelligent automation workflows that align with enterprise data strategy, AI enablement, and long-term scalability. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data engineering and analytics principles at an architectural level and be able to communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences. Duties: * Architect end-to-end solutions using Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse * Design and implement model-driven apps and scalable enterprise data models * Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure solutions align with data architecture, reporting needs, and performance standards * Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft D365, Azure services, Databricks, GCP, and other enterprise systems * Define and enforce standards for solution architecture, data modeling, security, and performance * Guide development teams on best practices for maintainability, reusability, and automation * Support governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data security and retention policies * Incorporate AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI services) into Power Platform solutions * Partner with enterprise architecture and data teams to ensure alignment with long-term technology vision * Lead architecture reviews, workshops, and roadmap planning sessions * Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for business and executive stakeholders * Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and align stakeholders
