Brief JD:
Key Responsibilities:Architect and design scalable BPM solutions using Camunda.Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into process models.Define best practices for Camunda development, deployment, and integration.Lead and mentor development teams in implementing BPM workflows.Ensure performance, scalability, and security of Camunda-based applications.Integrate Camunda with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Kafka, and other middleware.Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and optimizing BPM processes.
Mus Have Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Camunda BPM, including modeling, scripting, and deployment.Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.Experience with RESTful APIs, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).Familiarity with BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards.Strong understanding of enterprise integration and workflow orchestration.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Camunda certification (if available).Experience in financial services or regulated industries.Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
