We are preferably looking for a person located in **Poland North-West** area (Poznan, Lodz, Gdansk, Bydgoszcz, Torun, Wroclaw). The Applications Specialist will be responsible for delivering onsite operators training and coaching, as well as providing on site assay implementation and applications support. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction score (NPS), service KPIs achievements and resolution rates. **What You'll do:** + Deliver on-site customer operators training. + Perform new instrument assay implementation. + Perform on-site assay investigation, troubleshooting and operator training or coaching. + Provide on-site installation support, customer training, validation and verification. + Ensure close cooperation and communication with local teams and global experts team. + Provide escalation support including short term on-site visits. + Provide feedback and input to implement bug fixes and improvements. + Implementation support of new processes and procedures for new product launches. **Required qualifications and background:** + Bachelor / Engineering degree (medical, biology, chemistry or medical technology preferred). + Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references. + Successful engagement with customers, especially lab staff. + Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software. + Native Polish and good English. + Strong team player with can-do attitude. + Result-oriented working style, ability to set priorities and to maintain focus when under pressure. + Ability to travel on regular basis.
