Technical Advisor
Location: Belper
What You'll Do
Join a dynamic Service Technical Team where you'll provide expert technical support to Gas Safe registered engineers and end users. You'll use your communication and diagnostic skills to help resolve technical issues over the phone, ensuring each customer receives outstanding service and clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and professional technical advice via telephone to installers and customers.Interpret technical documentation and explain instructions clearly and effectively.Assess customer needs and provide reliable troubleshooting support.Maintain exceptional standards of customer service across every interaction.Work towards individual and team-based performance targets (KPIs).
What We're Looking For
GCSE English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent - essential.A passion for helping customers and exceeding expectations.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and diagnose faults accurately.Confident using Microsoft Office applications and ideally familiar with Salesforce.Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.A strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.Previous knowledge of heating products is a plus, but full training will be provided.
