Technical Operations Supervisor - Lead with Purpose in a Collaborative Environment
We’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Technical Operations Supervisor at our Bass Point Quarry Laboratory, with occasional travel to support our East Guyong Quarry Lab (company vehicle provided).

About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, this role oversees the operations of our Bass Point and East Guyong aggregate laboratories. You’ll play a key role in guiding laboratory teams, ensuring compliance, and contributing to both short-term performance and long-term sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day operations of the Bass Point laboratory, contributing to business performance through effective budgeting, resource planning, and quality outcomes
Support the NATA framework and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with OH&S and legislative requirements
Collaborate with the Technical & Sales teams, and Customer Service Centre agents to meet customer quality expectations and address serviceability needs
Build strong relationships through open communication and a shared commitment to delivering excellent service
Work closely with laboratory managers and technicians to manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational procedures
