This is a leadership role where you will own the technology, maintenance, process and setting for the equipment for the line. You will possess deep expertise and will be viewed as the technology expert of the line/s.
How you will contribute
You will:
Partner & enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participate in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line levelOwn the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and has deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; own the Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the Repairs & Maintenance budget of the lineDevelop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and builds capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department levelPartner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forumsAssist in VSU for the new initiatives and enables the VSU team; help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and will be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plantWhat you will bring

Advanced knowledge (including AM-Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3) & skill to maintain the dedicated equipment(s)at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM & PM (BD-Breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment(s) and TPM - Phase 3 & 4 tools problem solving tools.The capability to lead a Role for the Line. Technical Stores Leader

Als Technical Stores Leader ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor het end-to-end beheer van MRO-onderdelen, van specificatie tot uitgifte en lifecycle management. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze productie continu door kan draaien, met de focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit. Je stuurt een team aan en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om de integratie en datagovernance in SAP (MM/PM) te waarborgen.
Strategie & Proces:Eindverantwoordelijkheid voor het Technical Stores-proces en de koppeling met SAP MM/PM en financiële waardering.Ontwikkelen van een meerjarige voorraadstrategie gericht op service level, rotatie en kosten.Integreren van data- en masterdata-governance, inclusief standaardisatie en parts-rationalisatie.Budget, Risico & Leveranciers:Beheren van de inventariswaarde en MRO-spend, faciliteren van scenario-planning bij supply-risico's en beheren van contracten/SLA’s met strategische leveranciers.Zorgen voor audit-bestendigheid, stock waardering en periodieke cycle counts.Teamleadership & Ontwikkeling:Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van teamleden, beheren van workload, skills-matrices en successieplanning.Stimuleren van een cultuur van veiligheid, kwaliteit, 5S en continu verbeteren (IL6S/Lean/Six Sigma).Operatie & Digitalisering:Borgen van een robuust order-to-issue proces inclusief ontvangst, kwaliteitscontrole, etikettering, traceerbaarheid, opslag en uitgifte.Ontwerpen/optimaliseren van magazijnlayout en implementaties van scanning, kanban of automatisering waar zinvol.Eigenaarschap over datakwaliteit en rapportering rond voorraad, service en leveranciersprestatie.Loss-eliminatie & Probleemoplossing:Verminderen van stock-outs, spoedbestellingen en not-on-BOM door root-cause analyses en structurele data/processen oplossingen.Verlagen van verouderde/dode stock en verhogen van voorraadrotatie door lifecycle-beheer en standaarden.Leiden van projecten m.b.t. automatisering, vendor-consolidatie en magazijn-efficiëntie.HSE & Kwaliteit:Waarborgen van HSE- en voedsel veiligheidsvereisten voor opslag en handling.Uitvoeren van periodieke risico-evaluaties en 5S/Gemba-audits.Ervaring
Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.5-7 jaar relevante ervaring in MRO-magazijn/maintenance supply chain.Aanstuurbare team ervaring en bewezen coaching- en verandermanagement vaardigheden.Diepgaande kennis van SAP MM/PM, master data-governance en rapportering.Ervaring met Lean/IL6S/Six Sigma en een trackrecord in loss-eliminatie en proces digitalisering.Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en leveranciersmanagement.Relocation Support Available?
