Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tech Support in Tampa, FL. Duties Include: * Provide real-time support for technical issues including Login/access problems; Campaign visibility errors; System performance issues (e.g., slow or non-responsive computers) * Monitor and respond to live tickets, calls, and escalations across multiple platforms * Troubleshoot and resolve issues via Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and phone * Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the ticket * Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and resolutions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues * Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning
