Job responsibilities

Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency through the adoption of low-code/no-code technologies.

- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions (e.g. PEGA, UiPath, or similar tools) to drive business process automation.

Collaboration & Delivery

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable automation solutions aligned with risk management objectives.

Risk Monitoring & Compliance

- Assist in monitoring technology risks, ensuring compliance with firm standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Strategy & Controls Implementation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and action plans for technology-aligned processes.

Control Effectiveness & Improvement

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented controls, contribute to the recommendations for improvements and addressing gaps in risk management.

Stakeholder Communication

- Communicate risk-related findings and updates, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and risk appetite.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills   

Experience developing automation solutions using Low-Code/No-Code technologies, like PEGA and/or UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Platform or similar tools.2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technology risk management, operational risk management, or a related field.Proficient in risk identification, assessment, and control evaluation, with a strong understanding of industry standards.Demonstrated ability to analyse complex issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Exposure to risk management frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms.Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Knowledge of Python is an advantage, but not required.
