Tech Ops Specialist (Mid)
Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOSi is seeking a Tech Ops Specialist (Mid) to join our team in Tampa, Florida supporting our government customer. Essential Job Duties Assist in development of operational concepts utilizing advanced communication technologies Support development, integration and maintenance of communications plan in support of operations Provide platform technical support Perform systemic review for use of technology to mitigate operational risk Draft and coordinate technical cables Communicate and coordinate with other mission stakeholders as necessary Minimum Requirements Active TS with SCI eligibility; current CI poly or ability to obtain 8 years of combined experience including: 3 yrs SOF/SMU with advanced tech training/ops; training in special comms Ability to obtained one of a certification from one of the following courses: USSOCOM NS comms course, SOCOM approved electronic INFOSEC course, NSW Tac surveillance course, or MARSOC Tech Surveillance course. 3 yrs experience with TTL, to include understanding of comms architecture & TTL data RF comms, both LOS and BLOS FIS capabilities knowledge TTPs for CUT to include VPN applications, COTS application of TSCM Preferred Qualifications Experience in coordinating with DIA, DHS. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment, with possible travel requirements in support of customer.
