We're on a mission to drive the right experience for the right person at the right time. Our small but mighty team works alongside the broader Office of the CIO team to support the talent and people components to move our IT objectives forward.

What you will be doing:
Assist in creating learning experiences including, but not limited to: self-paced microlearning courses, learning dojos, role-based learning plans and topic-specific programs.Collaborate with the learning team to develop learning resources that are engaging and accessible to learners from a variety of backgrounds.Upload courses and track learning event attendance in the learning management system.Review learning resources regularly to ensure quality and relevance.Work with the team to maintain systems and reporting on learning data.Embrace a growth mindset and continuously develop both technical and learning acumen
