The Position

Tech Lead - Veeva Vault: xVeeva

The opportunity: 

This is a key senior-level role designed to launch and lead a cross-functional, cross-Vault Veeva initiative at scale. You’ll act as the strategic and technical integrator across multiple Vaults – Clinical, Regulatory, and Quality - helping connect efforts that have so far evolved separately. Partnering closely with enterprise architects, delivery managers, and product owners across regions, you'll bring together technical architecture, system analysis, and configuration knowledge to build a coherent, scalable service. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on capability to drive progress, build proof of concepts, and navigate a complex stakeholder landscape.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices (Warsaw or Poznan) on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

Your key responsibilities :

Lead, collaborate, and facilitate cross-functional experts to deliver a particular solution with a good understanding of the business requirements.

Take leadership, coordinate and act as a subject matter expert for Veeva Vaults Clinical, Regulatory, Quality Management, and Quality Documents to support the design, implementation  and maintenance of reliable and performant solutions. 

Ensuring cost-effectiveness, scalability, and security in all aspects of the digital product lifecycle.

Responsible for the quality of the technical deliverables  which also includes peer reviews.

Develop and publish the application/prototype with the knowledge of using DevOps  according to the underlying infrastructure.

Lead the implementation and maintenance of efficient Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery pipelines to automate the delivery process. 

Who you are: 

8+ years of relevant experience in IT/Engineering, including 5+ years in multinational environments (pharma/life sciences a plus)

Deep expertise in Veeva Vault architecture, configuration, integration methods, and data models

Hands-on experience with multiple Vaults (Clinical, RIM, QMS, QualityDocs); Veeva certification and familiarity with connectors/user provisioning are strong assets

Solid understanding of clinical, regulatory, and quality processes, including GxP, GCP, CSV, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance

Broad technical background across integrations, data flows, reporting, warehousing, and security

Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder coordination and delivery ownership

Fluent in English; able to work across time zones and travel occasionally

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial

Salary range 23,000 - 29,000 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
