Tech Lead - Process Intelligence
We are looking for a Tech Lead Process Intelligence to be part of our IT Innovation stream. **Position Snapshot** + **Location** : Nestlé Tech Hub in Barcelona, Spain. + **Type of contract** : Permanent. + **Stream** : IT Innovation. + **Type of work** : Hybrid. + Full-time work, in a global environment. + Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience. + 5-7 years of relevant experience in process mining, technology development, and tech data. **Position Summary** Our Global IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture Team is dedicated to enabling business architecture and aligning the IT landscape with business strategies. Through our Enterprise Architecture initiatives, we ensure alignment, foster innovation, optimize efficiency, enhance agility, enable scalability, ensure security and compliance, and drive standardization and integration. We play a pivotal role in leveraging technology effectively for a competitive edge. Our goal is to establish a comprehensive Business Architecture framework that guides digital investments and strategic decisions. This framework will accelerate our digital transformation with impactful scale and speed, connecting business goals to capabilities, processes, services, data, people, and technology. It will provide a real-time view across our entire value chain, powered by AI. In this role, you will leverage your **technical and process mining expertise** , along with **hands-on skills** **in system integration** across platforms. You will **technically lead** experimentation with new functionalities to innovate in the domain of process intelligence. You will lead the technical development and maintenance of process mining and process intelligence solutions. Your responsibilities include managing ETL processes, customizing platforms, performing data analysis, integrating tools with enterprise systems, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user training, documenting technical configurations, and ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Process Intelligence framework domain. **A Day in the Life of a Tech Lead – Process Intelligence in the IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team** **1. Technical Implementation & Data Analysis:** + Actively lead, configure and customize process intelligence platforms to align with specific business requirements, including hands-on coding and scripting. + Conduct comprehensive technical analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies, compliance issues, and bottlenecks, employing technical tools and methodologies. + Regularly monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune solution performance, implementing immediate technical adjustments as needed. **2. Integration, Collaboration & User Training:** + Direct the hands-on integration of process mining tools with enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and custom coding solutions. + Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals. + Lead interactive workshops and meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate technical findings, and facilitate hands-on exercises. + Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on process mining tools, emphasizing practical application and real-world scenarios. + Provide ongoing, hands-on support to users, promptly addressing technical questions and resolving issues. **3. Documentation, Reporting & Continuous Improvement** : + Thoroughly document technical configurations, data models, and methodologies with a focus on clarity and usability for technical teams. + Ensure strict adherence to data governance policies through hands-on application and monitoring compliance measures. + Remain actively engaged with the latest trends and advancements in process intelligence, applying new knowledge to improve technical processes. + Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively seeking opportunities to refine technical practices and methodologies. + Implement best practices in process intelligence and security, ensuring robust technical standards are upheld. **Security & Compliance:** + Take proactive measures to ensure the security and compliance of process mining solutions, conducting hands-on assessments and audits. + Implement and enforce data governance policies to safeguard sensitive information, utilizing technical controls and monitoring solutions. **We offer you** We offer more than just a job.
