In this role, you will leverage your **technical and process mining expertise** , along with **hands-on skills** **in system integration** across platforms. You will **technically lead** experimentation with new functionalities to innovate in the domain of process intelligence. You will lead the technical development and maintenance of process mining and process intelligence solutions. Your responsibilities include managing ETL processes, customizing platforms, performing data analysis, integrating tools with enterprise systems, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting user training, documenting technical configurations, and ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. Overall, you have the opportunity to lead and bring your technical expertise and process analysis skills to enhance the efficiency and value of the Process Intelligence framework domain. **A Day in the Life of a Tech Lead – Process Intelligence in the IT Innovation and Enterprise Architecture team** **1. Technical Implementation & Data Analysis:** + Actively lead, configure and customize process intelligence platforms to align with specific business requirements, including hands-on coding and scripting. + Conduct comprehensive technical analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies, compliance issues, and bottlenecks, employing technical tools and methodologies. + Regularly monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune solution performance, implementing immediate technical adjustments as needed. **2. Integration, Collaboration & User Training:** + Direct the hands-on integration of process mining tools with enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, middleware, and custom coding solutions. + Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals. + Lead interactive workshops and meetings to gather requirements, demonstrate technical findings, and facilitate hands-on exercises. + Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on process mining tools, emphasizing practical application and real-world scenarios. + Provide ongoing, hands-on support to users, promptly addressing technical questions and resolving issues. **3.
