Your role
We are looking for a TECH LEAD for one of ASSET MANAGEMENT products, a key team in our technology ecosystem.
Your main tasks will be:
Lead the definition of the product architecture, working hand in hand with the business product owner to define the product scope, build approach and translate their features into technical requirements.Manage the technology decisions around the product, including buy vs. build, connectivity to other systems, implementation of security and compliance mechanisms, cloud strategy and more.Orchestrate the delivery, of features and day to day activities around the product, leading a large group of developers and their dependencies with the rest of the bank.Manage trade-offs between change and run (e.g., incidences, maintenance, security) to ensure priorities are well stablished.Coordinate with the area’s platform and data leads to create synergies with other products and the bank.What you’ll bring

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:
University Degree with focus on technical engineering and/or software.+10 years’ experience in large, complex organizations business-driven projects, leading the interaction with the business stakeholders.+5 years’ experience managing technology teams in projects involving software development and architecture.Ability to engage and work closely with technical and business stakeholders to scope, define and deliver business banking products.Ability to describe which are the benefits of the product in technical terms and to the business to help them to better understand and demand support on technical solutions.Ability to understand functional needs of the businesses, either banking as a whole or specific in asset management.Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams across Technology, Businesses, CDO, CTO, CISO, DPO, etc. to perform requirements analysis, gap analysis, roadmap and adoption plans for the Asset Management Platform and initiatives being defined to ensure those solve businesses problems effectively.Ability to work closely with other Reference architects (business and technical) to build end-to-end solutions and elicit requirements for the definition and evolution of reference and technical strategies and architectures.Ability to work with suppliers to deploy and integrate Asset Management solutions that bring the domain forward.Ability to define success criteria and build a set of well-defined KPIs for adoption of the product.The following would also be great...
