Apply expert knowledge to provide high-level and low-level designApply expert knowledge to develop application software using the Ruby/Rust languageDesign and develop modular applications and librariesEngage actively with scrum teams and drive multiple module development in the scrum teamLead the team members to achieve shared sprint goalsAnalyse, recreate, and resolve defects effectivelyIdentify and suggest improvements for products and their qualityGuide peersWork on new product development, new technology initiatives, ideation activities & productivity improvements
What you will bring:
Must have at least a B.E / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.Experience of 7-9 years in development, coding, unit testing, and debugging software.Must be strong in programming with Ruby/RustFamiliarity with OOADExperience with Agile Development Practices and Embedded Systems is desirableFamiliarity with SQL and RDBMS is desirableFamiliarity with Linux OS is desirableExperience with CI/CD pipelines is desirableFamiliarity with other programming languages like Go, Java, etc. is an added advantageFamiliarity with Google Protocol Buffers is an added advantageFamiliarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking toolsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with remote teams located in multiple geographic locationsWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
