Trane Technologies is creating a core team of individuals who will support in achieving our 2030 Climate Commitment of reducing Carbon emissions by 1GigaTon. As a Full Stack Lead, you will be collaborating closely with various stakeholders, SMEs and cross-functional across Globe and build Digital products which will leverage AI-ML and other cutting edge technologies.

What you will do:

 

In this role you will: 

 

Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for production systemsDesign, build, and operate highly available architectures primarily on Azure and secondarily on AWSManage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Amazon EKSImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CloudFormationBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or JenkinsImplement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, CloudWatch, Prometheus, and GrafanaLead incident management, RCA, and post-incident reviews for cloud production issuesEnsure cloud security best practices (Azure RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, AWS IAM, KMS, Secrets Manager)Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and performance improvements across cloud platformsMentor junior engineers and collaborate closely with application and security teams

 

 

What you will bring:

Strong experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering rolesHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (primary) and working knowledge of AWSStrong experience with Kubernetes (AKS and/or EKS)Proficiency in Linux system administration and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)Solid understanding of cloud networking (VNet/VPC, Load Balancers, DNS)Experience handling production incidents and participating in on-call rotationsCandidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.
