In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of highly scalable, cloud-native applications while providing deep technical expertise and team leadership. You will join a dynamic, cross-functional team of engineers and architects dedicated to building secure, high-performance systems that drive business growth through modern distributed architectures. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will: + **Responsibility 1:** Lead the end-to-end development of product features—from technical design through production release—ensuring the delivery of high-quality software components using **Java** and **Python** . + **Responsibility 2:** Collaborate with product management, architecture, and **DevOps** (Development and Operations) teams to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable cloud-native solutions. + **Responsibility 3:** Ensure compliance with organizational standards by implementing security-by-design principles, performing rigorous unit testing, and mentoring team members on engineering best practices. **What You’ll Bring** The ideal candidate will have: + **10+ years** of hands-on software development experience, with a proven track record of working within **Agile** and **Scrum** methodologies. + Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as **Amazon Web Services (AWS)** , **Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** , or **Azure** , alongside expertise in microservices architecture and **Container Orchestration** using **Kubernetes** . + Proven ability in diagnosing and resolving complex production issues and optimizing application code for high-volume, high-throughput transactional systems. + Extensive experience with both relational and **NoSQL** (Not Only Structured Query Language) databases, including **PostgreSQL** , **SQL Server** , and **MongoDB** .
