**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITIL V4 Service Now PL/SQL and Unix. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. The Tech Lead will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services. **Responsibilities** + Lead the technical team in implementing and maintaining ITIL V4 processes to ensure efficient service management. + Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now to meet business requirements. + Provide expertise in PL/SQL to develop and optimize database queries and procedures. + Manage Unix systems ensuring their stability security and performance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management. + Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes. + Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. + Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. + Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. + Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans. + Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs. **Qualifications** + Possess a strong understanding of ITIL V4 processes and their application in a business environment. + Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing Service Now to meet organizational needs. + Have in-depth knowledge of PL/SQL for database development and optimization. + Show proficiency in managing Unix systems including troubleshooting and performance tuning. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. + Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. **Certifications Required** ITIL V4 Foundation Certification Service Now Certified System Administrator Oracle PL/SQL Developer Certified Associate Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
