Job Title: Snowflake ETL Lead Developer

Job Summary:

As a Snowflake ETL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration and analytics using the Snowflake platform. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accurately and efficiently processed and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Develop ETL Processes: Create and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Snowflake.Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.Performance Optimization: Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support analytics and reporting.Collaboration: Work with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.Documentation: Document ETL processes, data models, and other relevant information.Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ETL processes and data integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

7-11 years overall IT experience3+ years Snowflake platform Data Engineering experience4+ years experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, analytical functionsGood experience with Python scriptingKnowledge of data warehousing, ETL concepts and best practicesExperience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similarStrong database concepts like Entity-relationship, Data modeling, DDL and DML statements etc.Bachelor’s degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and document processes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
