Temp-to-Hire position$28.00 to $34.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst ShiftTriages, resolves, and escalates support tickets using ticketing systemTroubleshoots workstations, servers, peripherals, and network appliances at a basic levelUtilizes remote monitoring and management tools to resolve software and hardware related issuesInstalls, configures, and maintains end user software and hardwareProvides interdepartmental support and collaborates with external vendorsProduces clear and detailed documentation in knowledge base and ticketing system Engages in continuous education to advance professional and technical knowledge Full job description will be gone over in interview.Tech II Qualifications:
Associate degree in Computer Science or related certificates in A+ or Network+2+ years in providing technology related supportBasic knowledge of server tasks, remote user connections, network operations and maintenanceApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
